On Saturday, November 25, 2023, don your chicest wide-brimmed hat and join us for an unforgettable long-table lunch to celebrate what connects us all – conversation and cuisine.

Stay Awhile is partnering with celebrity chef, Charly Pretet, of Terra Firma Dining to bring you an immersive outdoor fire-cooking experience like never before. Cooked exclusively over an open flame, Terra Firma’s unique fire to table gastronomical journey will be matched with award-winning South-Burnett Region wines from Clovely Estate. Held in the stunning fields of Noosa Country Polo overlooking Cooroy Mountain, the feast will be accompanied by the live acoustics of Chucho Bruno & Friends.

With signature G & T’s on arrival, and a stroll around the breathtaking Noosa Country Polo Estate after lunch to watch some practice polo chukkas – you won’t want to miss this one!

Take in the stunning private polo estate views of Cooroy Mountain while you sip on signature G & T’s or non-alcoholic options available by So Soda.

Mingle by the open-flames and immerse yourself in the picturesque countryside. Executive Chef, Charly Pretetet, will be on-hand doing his thing and answering any burning questions.


Enjoy a tantalising three-course feast at our long table in the polo paddock with perfectly paired wines by award-winning Clovely Estate. Hear the vineyard-to-bottle story as well as the tasting notes from Chief Winemaker, Nick Pesudovs.

Please Note: Entrées will be individually plated, Mains will be shared over large-platters between 8 people (the best way to share fire cooking), and Desserts will be individually plated. All produce is premium and sourced from local farms, and let’s just say, you’ll want to bring your appetite!


The Noosa Fire to Fork experience will be accompanied by the live acoustics of Chucho Bruno and Friends.

After Lunch

Stroll over to the Polo Field and watch some practice chukkas or visit the newly completed clubhouse and stables. Cultivated from a heritage cottage that was relocated and modernised from Toowoomba, the clubhouse has been a labour of love for the polo estate’s owners.
