Hammers

Forging unpredictable grooves, jagged riffs and tasty hooks, Northern Rivers rockers Hammers are Australia’s answer to the lovechild of Every Time I DieHe Is Legend and Alice In Chains.  Comprising vocalist Leigh ‘Fish’ Dowling, guitarist and vocalist Lucas Stone, bassist Ricky T and drummer Ryan ‘Ruckus’ Lucas, the trademark Hammers brand gifts a rock’n’roll explosion for the ages, bringing together passion, technicality and an affable tongue-in-cheek swagger.

As eyes turn to 2024, Hammers continue to grab the musical bull by the horns with a new single and film-clip in the works, and aims to tour the far reaches of regional Australia. Fans can certainly bet this lot will continue kicking goals in and around the heavy scene with their signature beautiful brutality and cheeky flair.

New Clear Vision

When New Clear Vision returned to our stages last year expectation was high.  This was a band whose live show borders on legendary, with a full nuclear wasteland-type visual component offset by ferocious and scathing lyrics delivered with a rap/metal/nu-metal hybrid, unlike anything to come out of the Australian music scene in perhaps forever.

Now, with Daniel (Null ), Brodie (Void)  and Zac (Corvus) on board, Bromfield (Nukeleus ) has managed to elevate the legend that is NCV even more, delivering pulsating recent performances that has seen the band playing alongside horror core artist KidKrusher and then playing a couple of shows for the Nu Metal Mayhem tour which featured Anders Colsefni (Slipknot) and Wayland Reavis (Mushroomhead). The boys  also released  their brand new horror driven film clip  for recently released track The New  Rage on Halloween night within the same week as their performance at Wallapalooza which was headlined by oz great Cog , 28 days and Butterfingers to name a few of a huge line up .
