About the Venue
Noosa Hinterland Brewing Co. is an independent family-owned microbrewery located in Cooran. Escape the rush and head for the hinterland to relax with a cold craft beer brewed right here. We are a true microbrewery, with the brew-kit and fermenters on show just over the bar. Choose from a range of eight different beer styles that change regularly.
The brewery is in a heritage listed building, having operated as Alfredson’s joinery, pre-cut house workshop in its time. It makes a for a unique setting to savour a beer and a bite to eat. Light meals and share plates are available all day with a menu designed to match your beer of choice.
Because it’s an operating brewery, we are open to the public Thurs to Sun from 12. The other days are brew days. Find out more by following us on FB and Insta. We look forward to sharing a beer with you!
