Celebrating Caloundra Regional Gallery’s Silver Jubilee

In 2025, Caloundra Regional Gallery celebrates its Silver Jubilee – 25 years as the premier art institution on the Sunshine Coast. This milestone marks two decades of artistic excellence, including 20 years of the prestigious national art prize and over 10 local art prizes. The gallery has curated and hosted more than 260 exhibitions, working with hundreds of artists from across Australia to bring art to the community.

To commemorate this achievement, we will host a six-day celebration, showcasing a unique exhibition featuring all the previous winners of the Sunshine Coast National Art Prize. This will be the first time these 20 award-winning artworks have been displayed together, offering a rare opportunity to witness the evolution of contemporary art in Australia. The event will also include artist talks, workshops and community activities.

Gallery hours: Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm and Saturday to Sunday, 10am to 2pm. Closed public holidays.
