Christian Patey Challenges Digital Validation with Soulful New Single ‘Don’t Follow The Internet’

Christians latest single ‘Don’t Follow The Internet’ is a song for the lovers of ‘Bon Iver’ or the ‘National’, a song for the overthinkers. It’s a reminder not to rely on the internet for self worth. Its about seeing the talent and beauty in someone when they can’t see it.

‘Don’t Follow The Internet’ was recorded at Tiny House Records on the Sunshine Coast with help from Harry Fox co-writing. This is his second single off Christians up and coming acoustic Ep out early 2025

Christian Patey is producing and playing electro, alternative/pop music he’s supported Boo Seeka, Thundmentals, Tash Sultana,Tora and Noah Slee, with sold-out shows and Triple J plays to follow. Christian has worked with Jimmy2sox (one half of Flight Facilities). Landed a vocal sample on Rae Sremmurds album Sr3mm alongside (The Weeknd, Pharrell, Travis Scott) also worked on PARTYNEXTDOOR’S album PX3 with credits alongside Drake.
