CHARITIES
This event will be supporting two charities:
Starlight Childrens Foundation
Every minute of every day, a child is admitted to hospital. At Starlight, they believe every child deserves a happy childhood, even when facing serious illness. Because what happens in childhood lasts a lifetime. Through play, creativity, and social connection, Starlight create the fun and happiness that seriously ill children and their families need to get through their toughest times.
The Journeymen Charity
The Journeymen is a registered charity under the Advanced Health category.The primary mission is to tackle Australia’s growing mental health crisis, but their efforts extend beyond this. They also address key socioeconomic challenges, including the cost of living, community breakdown, and family stability.The Journeymen see mental health as a societal issue, not just an individual one. By partnering with businesses and community groups, they believe in driving meaningful change - because when you build your community, your community builds you.
AFTER PARTY

::: MARK DYNAMIX :::
Mark Dynamix has been a pioneer in Australia’s dance music industry for thirty years; selling more albums than any other Australian DJ to date. Starting at the age of 14 hosting a two decades-long running radio show, Mark notes his breakout points as becoming resident DJ at the legendary Sublime club in Sydney; playing music festivals such as Prodigy & Field Of Dreams; and regularly hosting Triple J’s ‘Mix Up’.
Mark’s history highlights a performance CV most would be envious of: Fabric, the End, the Love Parade, the Boiler Room, Mambo, Café Del Mar; as well as regular tours across North America, Japan & Europe – all whilst solidifying his fan-base over decades of gigs at most clubs in Australia. Mark has earned the respect of his peers and audience locally & internationally, warming up for icons such as Faithless, Boy George, Inner City, Tall Paul, Judge Jules, Orbital, Barbara Tucker, Joey Negro, Chicane, Kosheen, Paul Oakenfold & Miguel Migs recently.
He headed Ministry of Sound Recordings for Sony Music Australia whilst the ‘Annual 2006’ compilation mixed by Mark Dynamix & John Course became the highest-selling Australian compilation of all time (dance, rock or otherwise); whilst accolades have included topping numerous DJ polls over the years as Australia’s Best DJ (#1 3D World, #2 ITM50, #1 Pop!, nom. DMAs) and Best Producer (#5 ITM50). Mark continues as one of Ministry Of Sound Australia’s headline DJs regularly touring nationally.
2019 saw the release of Mark’s ‘ARCHIVAL : OPENING THE VAULTS’ album of original tracks & remixes for other artists to date, on his own label Long Distance Recordings. Archival: Opening The Vaults was voted Number 1 Australian Dance Album of 2020 @ Switched On Music (UK/AUS) magazine. The follow-up, 2020’s ‘ARCHIVAL : REMIXED’ cemented his production and label into Australia dance history with a #1 on iTunes in Australia, New Zealand & the Netherlands and Top 20 position throughout the world. Another album in 2021, ‘THE ALTERNATIVE REMIXES’ pulled all of his remaining back catalogue together for release on streaming for the first time.
Mark has created a strong connection with his audience through a variety of different projects. His new synth-pop band with Xan Muller entitled ‘THE ANTIPODEANS’ had a number #1 hit in 10 countries in 2022 with ‘HEY LITTLE GIRL’ feat. ICEHOUSE, which also reached Top 10 in most other nations. The follow-up ‘COUNT ME AS YOUR ENEMY’ feat. Boxcar recently went to #1 on the House Chart in Australia and Top 20 in the Netherlands. Their most recent single, a cover of the classic track ‘COME SAID THE BOY’ features Greg Gould on vox & went to #1 on the iTunes House chart, #3 on the iTunes Dance Chart and #1 on the KISS FM chart Feb 2023. The track was recently picked up by HED KANDI and spun on their radio show in the U.K. THE ANTIPODEANS also performed live at SYNTHONY to a 4500-strong show in Brisbane at Riverstage.
After a stellar 2023 with shows around Australia including all the headline Ministry Of Sound and Ministry Classical event series, Mark continues the MoS legacy nationally in 2024 as well as leading the Reminisce brand in Sydney via hosting & mixing the 3 hour Reminisce Top 50 Countdown. Internationally, he’s already completed a Bali tour in January as well as his regular Electronique and Jack The House shows in Sydney & Brisbane.

::: NEIL ROBERTS :::
By the mid-2000's Neil established himself as one of Wales’ busiest house DJ’s. He was a regular guest in the house rooms of Godskitchen and Polysexual in Birmingham and also Escape in Swansea. He was chosen by Mixmag to play in their Future Heroes Arena at Wales’ leading outdoor dance music festival Escape Into The Park in 2003 and then re-booked in 2004 and also in the ‘Defected In The House’ Arena for 2005.
In 1999 Neil co-founded a Cardiff based house event called FunkyDory. The event won Best Pre-club at the Welsh Music Awards three years running. In 2001 Neil split from FunkyDory to concentrate on his solo DJing and also tour events for his dance music website 'Offitsface'. This turned out to be the turning point in his young DJing career. In 2002 Neil was voted position 145 in the world by readers of DJ Magazine, proof that he was turning a few heads within the dance music industry.
In the mid 2000's Neil organized tour events at many of the UK’s top clubs and giving up and coming DJs the opportunity to play at big nights in front of capacity crowds. Events included Ministry Of Sound, Smile, Slinky in Bristol plus Lamerica & Cool House in Cardiff. The list of clubs and events Neil has played is impressive.
He has played the likes Ministry Of Sound (London), Slinky (Bristol), Godskitchen (Birmingham), Escape (Swansea), Lamerica (Cardiff), Utopia, (Warsaw, Poland) Blu (Lodz, Poland), Metro (Gdansk, Poland), Savannah’s (Ibiza), Cool House (Cardiff), Perversity (Edinburgh), Kuavehume (Helsinki, Finland), HAND Productions (Oulu, Finland), The Crystal Rooms (Hereford), Bionic (Cardiff), Enzo’s (Salisbury), Stateside (Cardiff) and many more.
Neil plays most types of house music ranging from funky vocal & disco influenced house, tech house, deep house, melodic & progressive house. His favourite sets are the longer ones where he can build from funky vocal early to tech, then deep and progressive later spanning 4-5 hours or even longer.
