The Finley’s Tamworth CMF 26 Debut

The Finley’s dazzled attendees at the 2025 Golden Guitars Red Carpet event, marking their official debut in the country music scene. Fronted by country music veteran Col Finley and his exceptionally talented wife, Nellie, the duo brings over three decades of combined experience in recording, touring, and songwriting to their new project.

Originally, Col Finley had planned to step back from the Tamworth Country Music Festival for a year to focus on launching “The Finley’s” in 2026. However, an unexpected invitation to be inducted into the prestigious “Hands Of Fame” led to a surprise appearance that captivated fans and peers alike.

Since their stunning entrance, The Finley’s have been on a whirlwind journey, releasing three major tracks that have gained significant radio airplay across Europe, America, and Australia. Their debut single, “Give Ya Country Song,” was met with enthusiasm, followed closely by the catchy “Rock To My Roll.” The standout hit “The Hairdresser” kicks off a captivating narrative in their “Rocking Country Love Story,” with Col and Nellie sharing their journey in a mini-documentary featuring industry legend Ian Dicko Dickson. This insightful film will explore their family dynamics and rock-and-roll lifestyle, set for release in early 2026 alongside their latest track, “Mr Wrong.”
