A proud graduate of the 2024 CMAA Academy of Music in Tamworth, Caitlin has proven that it’s never too late to follow your dreams. Initially drawn to country music later in life, she channels the influence of renowned artists like Ashley McBryde, Lainey Wilson, and Miranda Lambert, infusing her performances with a unique, heartfelt flair.
Caitlin’s artistic evolution is marked by collaborations with gifted musicians from across Australia. Her versatility shines through in soft acoustic rock performances in Karratha, contemporary pop in the Adelaide Hills, and rich country/folk melodies along the West Coast of South Australia. As the frontwoman of a Gospel Choir under the esteemed direction of Tony Backhouse, Caitlin not only showcased her vocal talent but also embraced the power of music to make a difference, touring across Australia to raise awareness for various causes.
Her musical journey has taken her to iconic cities in the U.S., including Nashville, Chicago, New Orleans, and Memphis, where she immersed herself in the vibrant cultures of gospel, country, and folk music. Caitlin’s bold foray into rock music in 2020 opened new avenues for her artistry, sharing the stage with bands like ‘Critical Limit’ at Rock the Ranges in Quorn, SA, and sharing the spotlight with legends such as Adam Brand and The Cherry Pickers at The Barn at Wombat Flat, where she was honoured with the Emerging Artist Scholarship.
