Local ladies making a big bid for charity
Join local Sunshine Coast ladies Silvana Mahony and Margaret Adame-West — aka “Team Silvana & Margie” — for an afternoon of live music, food, beer and raffles as they raise vital funds for Women’s Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ).
The pair are taking on the 45km Walk for Change Trek as part of a fundraising adventure supporting WLSQ, with a goal of raising more than $10,000 by 10 October 2026.
This special fundraising event at 10 Toes Brewing is a chance to get together, enjoy a great afternoon and help support an important cause.
🎟️ RAFFLE TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED ON THE DAY
With 20+ prizes up for grabs, there'll be plenty of chances to win while supporting WLSQ. The raffle will be drawn throughout the afternoon, with the final draw taking place at 5:30pm. The full prize list will be announced soon.

❤️ Fundraising and awareness for Women's Legal Service Queensland
The event is also an opportunity to learn more about the work of Women's Legal Service Queensland, which provides vital legal and support services to women who may be experiencing difficult or unsafe circumstances.
Silvana and Margie are volunteers, and all raffle sales and donations go directly towards the WLSQ fundraising cause.
