The Venue
The Pool Café is full of energy and life, created as an engaging and inspiring place for guests to reconnect with one another over great coffee and wholesome food. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens overlooking a resort style pool the café is a place to meet, eat, drink, relax and chat your day away.
With a seasonally inspired menu that’s bursting with fresh flavours, Head Chef, Brendon Zipf, delivers an ever-evolving offering; highlighting the best produce from the Sunshine Coast and beyond.
At the coffee bar, specially trained baristas serve up Allpress Espresso blend. We have been offering this blend since day one (circa. 2013) and it’s everything we think espresso should be; sweet, balanced and complex. It’s the flavour we have built a business on and it’s still our signature coffee.
The display cabinet offers a healthy range of choices, with a selection of chia bowls, wraps & baked savoury items or if you feeling a little bit naughty muffins, house baked sweets & Danish pastries are always available.
Our ‘feel good’ juice offering will give you the ‘pep up’ you need. Everything from cleansing green juices & tropical fruit juices through to a whole fruit smoothie or frappe. We have you covered.
