Local Contemporary Art Prize 2025

Now in it’s eleventh year, Local Contemporary Art Prize 2025 celebrates the diversity of visual arts practice across the Sunshine Coast. Caloundra Regional Gallery, in partnership with Friends, Regional Gallery Caloundra, invited artists living within the region, working across all mediums, to submit 2D and 3D works for the prize.

Forty finalists will be selected for the exhibition and winners will share in $17,000 prize money, thanks to this year’s sponsors: Mary Henzell Investments, Local Agent Caloundra, Community Bank Caloundra Bendigo and Friends, Regional Gallery Caloundra.

Gallery hours: Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm and Saturday to Sunday, 10am to 2pm. Closed public holidays.
