The Warrior Women’s Full Moon Retreat is for women between 45 and 65. It’s during this time we hit peri-menopause and enter menopause. Society tells us we’re no longer viable, and often, we feel that way about ourselves.
Many of us have spent most of our lives caring for others whilst ignoring our needs, wants and desires. Life becomes even more challenging as we age, and we can lose our sense of self.
Many of us are confronted by the side effects of menopause and ageing. We look in the mirror and wonder where all the time went. What happened? How did I get here? What have I done with my life, and where am I going? We forget to dream, to manifest, to create.

Through MAGA MAGIC CIRCLES, YOGA, BREATHWORK, ICE BATHS and CELEBRATION, you’ll leave Warrior Women’s Retreat feeling like a brand new woman, with a better sense of who you’ve become and of the journey you were born to live.
