Our Australian Certified Organic Distillery is open to the public every day and is located in the lush Sunshine Coast hinterland rainforest, just a short idyllic walk from Queensland’s iconic and much-loved Big Pineapple. Our distillery has been identified as a 2024 Best of Queensland Experience!

Learn about our distilling and production process and taste an array of spirits and liqueurs. Enjoy cocktails on the terrace with delicious Woombye cheese and crackers, in a relaxed environment, which is both kid and dog friendly.

Distillery Experience
Join one of our Sunshiners and taste the Sunshine & Sons Spirits and Nil Desperandum Rum ranges, tour our rainforest distillery and learn how our beautiful spirits are crafted and best enjoyed.

Cocktail Masterclass
An immersive 2-hour class hosted by one of our lovely Sunshiners. You will be taken through the fundamental basics and will learn how to shake, strain and pour 3 delicious cocktails.

Founders Distillery Tour
Hosted by one of our Founders in our exclusive Barrel Room or Cocktail Terrace, you will enjoy a private tour of our working distillery. Approximately 2hr long.
Learn about the history of gin, understand the distilling process, and listen to the story of Sunshine & Sons and Nil Desperandum Rum, all whilst savouring our extensive spirits range.

To round things off, enjoy a bespoke cocktail on our terrace overlooking the hinterland rainforest, before the tough decision – each guest takes home a 700ml full-size bottle of their choice from our core range, and a pair of etched tumblers.
