About the event
Join us every second and fourth Tuesday of the month at Tinbeerwah Hall for an hour and a half of TRE, somatic healing, and grounding. This is a welcoming, supportive space where you can regulate your nervous system, deepen your connection with your body’s innate wisdom, and build community. Designed to be welcoming and affordable for everyone, this session is open to all — no experience needed!
Each session is intentionally created to meet you where you’re at. With clear guidance and basic instructions for every move, beginners are fully supported, while more experienced participants can explore deeper activation, expanded knowledge, and advanced facilitation.
What is T.R.E?
T.R.E (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) is a somatic-based, self-regulation tool designed to help the body naturally release stress, tension, and trauma.
The practice involves a sequence of gentle exercises that activate a neurogenic response known as Tremoring.
This automatic nervous system response is an inbuilt regulation mechanism. In T.R.E., we consciously and safely activate this process, allowing the body to release held tension and stress.
You remain in control throughout, adjusting your experience to your own comfort level. This conscious self-regulation makes the practice not only deeply healing but also
empowering, as it fosters trust and connection with the innate wisdom of your body.
T.R.E + Sound Healing
When paired with Sound Therapy, this work becomes even more powerful. While tremoring helps release built-up tension and emotional holding, sound frequencies
calm and regulate the nervous system, and inspire states of presence, clarity, and inner alignment.
Why I’m Sharing This
T.R.E has become the most impactful tool in my personal self-care toolkit. While I continue to explore and work with breathwork, yoga, therapy, plant medicine and sound healing. T.R.E stands out as the most potent and accessible modality I have encountered, I’m so grateful to now share it with you.

Please answer all questions honestly, as this helps us provide the best support and guidance on the day. All information is kept strictly confidential.
PLEASE BRING - a yoga mat and drink bottle, and wear comfortable clothes suitable for light movement. Feel free to bring anything else you need to be comfortable for an hour and a half. For those who are a little more experienced… or curious, I invite you to bring “props” to help explore the tremors more, think of stuff like yoga blocks, pillows, massage balls (tennis balls work great) rollers, stretch bands etc.
