This month, Liquid Lyrics Poetry Slam steps into the strange and beautiful wilderness of HUMAN NATURE.

A night of poems about impulse, desire, belonging, contradiction, love, ego, tenderness, habits, hunger, healing, family trees, social masks, wild instincts, and the ancient animal still breathing beneath our everyday lives.

Are we naturally kind? Naturally chaotic? Naturally creative?

Expect a night that moves between laughter and goosebumps, philosophy and mischief, the sacred and the ridiculous. A room full of humans doing one of the most human things possible: gathering in the dark to tell each other the truth beautifully.

• *3 minutes/ timer starts on the first word
• *1 point deducted for every 30 seconds over
• * Must be original work written within the last 12 months
