The Creative Pulse: Music & Culture is a gathering dedicated to live music, rhythm, movement, and creative expression. Set in a lush, earthy environment the Fairhill Botanic Gardens, this event brings together dance-driven live music, diverse cultural influences, and creative acts to a space where people can move, connect, and feel alive.

Each edition of The Creative Pulse features high-energy, groove-led music alongside other creative offerings — inviting people of all cultures and backgrounds to come together through shared rhythm. This is not just a performance, but a living, breathing cultural experience where music, culture and community meet.

This 2nd edition features SOLUA, an uplifting world music band that merges styles of Afro-Brazilian and Caribbean Zouk, creating their own tropical blends across genres of jazz, funk, soul, classical, bossa nova, hip-hop and reggae.

SOLUA creates a feel good loving vibe, filled with exotic Latino flavours ideal for those memorable nights out with friends.
Like a warm hug their vibe can soothe and soften to open up audiences with their conscious lyrics that
leads up to a Brazilian/Caribbean carnival they ignite the dance floor into a party of worldly vibes full of dancing rhythms

We will also have a set by ChoroBela, a Sunshine Coast–based ensemble performing Brazilian choro, samba, and original folk music, blending rich musical traditions with a fresh, contemporary spirit. Featuring Francisco Raffo, Ravind Sangha, and Lalita Yagnik, the group weaves virtuosic musicianship, rhythmic depth, and lyrical expression into a warm, uplifting sound that celebrates both Brazilian roots and global influences. Their performances invite audiences into a vibrant musical journey that is intimate, joyful, and deeply connected.
