The Sacred Sessions Ecstatic Dance

The Sacred Sessions is a monthly transformational ecstatic dance journey — a powerful fusion of breath, music, movement and sound healing designed to awaken your body, open your heart, and reconnect you to your true self.

We begin with live soundscapes by internationally acclaimed musician, Chris Lane (guitar & bansuri flute), guiding you inward through gentle, guided pranayama to ground, soften and arrive.

From there, AnJel takes you on a global ecstatic dance journey — weaving organic electronica, tribal rhythms, deep bass, Afro, Latin and Middle Eastern sounds into a powerful, heart-opening DJ set. No choreography, no judgment — just pure expression and freedom on the dance floor.

We close with a deeply nourishing live sound healing by Chris Lane, supported by AnJel, allowing integration, stillness and renewal.
