Pilates in Motion onboard Mary Valley Rattler’s Silver Bullet – Thursday 12 June

Pilates is considered a ‘Silver Bullet’ to good health, so wellness lovers are urged to get on board the Mary Valley Rattler’s Silver Bullet for a unique Pilates experience.

‘Pilates in Motion’ will blend the magic of rail travel with the invigorating benefits of Pilates in the heart of Queensland’s Mary Valley.

Departing at 7.30am on Thursday 12 June, the heritage Silver Bullet will depart Historic Gympie Station for a journey of strength and serenity hosted by fitness and wellness professionals, Balanced Elements.

The ‘therapy’ starts as the sun rises over the gorgeous Mary Valley. Passengers can soak in the sights and sounds of the countryside as the train winds its way to the charming Amamoor village.

Upon arrival, passengers will roll out their mats on the green grass adjacent to the station for a Pilates session guided by Balanced Elements. The goals will be to engage your core, improve flexibility, and build strength in this peaceful rural setting.

After the Pilates session, passengers reboard the train and are served freshly baked scones and tea and coffee to accompany the nostalgic charm of rail travel on the way back to Gympie.

This 3-hour experience is the perfect morning escape for those looking to refresh mind, body, and soul. Ideal for seasoned Pilates enthusiasts or those beginning their wellness journey, this unique event offers a blend of movement, mindfulness, and historic adventure.

Remarkable value at just $45 per person, seats are strictly limited and can be booked via https://www.maryvalleyrattler.com.au/ or (07) 5482 2750.
